Importing word file into InDesign problems

I use the following code:
myText.Place("C:\Development\memoTest Assignments\temp.docx"), the doc file will become

• Objective
• Experience
• Education
  
  
• Statement
  
  
  although original doc file is
  
  

• Objective
• Experience
• Education
• Statement

It seems it will cause bullet/numbering problem when place a word file into inDesingn

Any idea?
